Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6pm and weekends from 8:30am to 6pm.
Do you ship coffee across the UK?
Yes — we source and ship freshly brewed whole beans and ground coffee to all UK addresses. Free shipping on orders over £40 (otherwise £4 standard).
How fresh is the coffee you ship?
We roast to order and dispatch within 48 hours. Most customers receive their coffee within 5 days of brewing.
Which grinds do you offer?
Whole bean · AeroPress · Cafetière (French press) · Espresso · Filter (V60/Pour-over) · Stovetop (Moka). Choose your preference at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Payments are processed securely in GBP.

What does "100% female producers" mean?
Every single-origin coffee we sell is sourced from a farm or cooperative led by women — from Luz Angela Rojas and Luz Helena Salazar in Colombia to the Poda Women's Group in Sumatra and Desalech Mussie in Ethiopia.

How do I brew the perfect cup at home?
Use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio (e.g. 18g coffee to 290g water), filtered water at ~93°C, and a freshly ground dose matched to your method (medium for V60, fine for espresso). Single origins are best between 7–28 days from arrival.
