When you visit our website: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised data about your visit (pages viewed, device type, country) using Google Analytics 4. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
When you place an order: name, email, shipping address, phone number (optional), and order details. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe — we never see your card number.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: only the email and first name you provide. Managed by Klaviyo.
To process your orders, ship your coffee, send order confirmations and (if you opt in) marketing emails. Analytics data helps us improve the site. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
